Newark Care has a highly motivated and experienced staff team. As a support worker you would work alongside the wider Care Team. You would work under the supervision of Senior Support Staff and Registered Nursing Staff.
You would join a dedicated and caring staff group who work together to meet the physical, emotional and cultural needs of our residents using a person centred approach.
We are constantly working with staff to increase and improve their skills with our ongoing training programme.
